How we work
Our mechanics will identify the problem first. Once they’ve determined whether your brakes are making a noise, or if you feel there’s a safety issue related to braking or steering, they can diagnose the actual issue right away. We can check the thickness of your brake pads and discs through several different methods. We will keep you up-to-date during the process so that you know exactly where we're at. If we feel that replacement is needed, our mechanics will be able to offer more information. And, once approved, we’ll work swiftly to have them replaced so you can get back on the road quickly.
When you might need us
A squealing or grinding sound when applying the brakes may be a sign that your brake pads need to be checked. You may notice that your car pulls to one side when braking, or maybe you have a feeling as though the car is sitting lower than usual. The handbrake might also feel higher, and you might notice a sponginess under your foot pedal.
